- Give your batch number: the technician sees the whole log at once and skips the back-and-forth.

- Most questions are answered in the codex, and a batch's live state is on its own page via Find a batch.
- What never to send
- Seed phrases or private keys. The lab will never ask for them, by email or otherwise.
