No. There is no account, no email and no identity check. The batch number you receive is the only way to find the batch again, so keep it.
Any ZEC address you control on Zcash mainnet, including an exchange deposit address. Double-check it: the lab cannot recall a distillate once it is sent.
The deposit address listens on Ethereum mainnet only. Tokens sent on another chain are not seen by the athanor; some can be recovered by a technician for a handling fee, many cannot. When in doubt, send a small test dose first.
